Extime Exclusive Paris is a brand-new and confidential VIP Terminal located in the outskirts of Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport. It offers the quickest, most private and luxurious access to and from the aircraft, for privileged guests flying commercial.

Extime Exclusive Paris Terminal is a VIP Private Terminal, located at the entrance of Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport, away from other terminals. It offers a private check-in area, customs office (for tax refund and other formalities), security and passport controls. Our guests can benefit from a confidential meet & greet, a private lounge, a dedicated chauffeur on the runway, and the assistance of a private butler.

Extime Exclusive Paris Terminal is located in a dedicated building at Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport with a separate access from the main Terminals for maximum discretion and convenience.

Extime Exclusive Paris is a fully operational terminal located on the runway, offering a confidential and exclusive experience with a service of private lounges, whatever airline you fly. Guests do not share a common lounge. Each customer is assigned a dedicated Private Client Relations representative who will assist them throughout their journey.

We are open from 5:30am until 11:30pm everyday.

Extime Exclusive Paris is open every day, all year long. 

Extime Exclusive Paris has been designed by architect Jacques Garcia in 2024.

Kindly find below the list of information required for a reservation :

- First name and surname of the main passenger and profession
- First name and surname of other passengers if there are any
- Nationality
- Number of children between 2 and 12
- Number of children under 2
- Flight number/date/time/destination or origin/number of bags to be checked in
- Passport number of all passengers
- Phone number of main passenger

You do not have to reserve a roundtrip service. You can reserve only for departure, arrival and transit if you wish.

You have to buy your plane ticket separately.

You can book the service as early as you wish. Reservations should be made at least 7 days before the departure or arrival date. We will do our best to accommodate last minute requests.

You can reserve on behalf of someone else.

You can pay via PayByLink. Payment must be made at least 3 days before priori to arrival to obtain a firm confirmation of reservation.

You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the customer's arrival at no charge, and we will refund the prepayment made. Our price list outlines the fees for modifications, cancellations, or no-shows.

We follow the same check-in deadlines as the airlines. We recommend arriving at least one hour and a half in advance.

At Extime Exclusive Paris, we offer a selection of fresh food and beverages available at all times, with offerings that may vary throughout the year as all our products are made on-site. You can order from our menu, and the cost is included in the service price. A distinguished selection of wines and spirits is available from our menu*. We also accommodate special or specific requests if made in advance, and we can cater to food allergies. If necessary, please inform our Private Client Relations Team about any allergies.

We provide the vehicule to the Terminal from the aircraft or from the Terminal to the aircraft. We have two types of vehicle, for up to 2 clients and for up to 6 clients. You may request an additional vehicle at an extra fee. 

We also propose a transit service. The corresponding price is specified in the "Pricing and Payment" section. The description of the service is specified in the "Description of the service" section. The private suite will be available for 3 hours. After 3 hours, every additional hour will be charged with an extra fee.

We will do our best to accommodate your stay at Extime Exclusive Paris according to the circumstances. Please note that modifications or cancellation fees listed in the "Our Pricing" page may be applied.

Depending on the airline you are flying with, check-in can be done directly at the Extime Exclusive Paris Terminal. Kindly let us know the airline company you are travelling with upon your reservation request, we will be able to inform you about the check-in. 

Non-traveling guests can access the public area in the entrance lounge. Only traveling passengers and Extime Exclusive Paris staff can access the private suites.

Guests can stay in the Private suite for up to 3 hours. After 3 hours, an extra fee will be charged for every additional hour. 

It is not possible to spend the night at Extime Exclusive Paris. The terminal is open from 05:30am to 11:30pm.

We have appropriate accesses, lounges and transportation for passengers with reduced mobility.

You can work from Extime Exclusive Paris. The lounges are soundproofed, and we offer high-speed Wi-Fi and charging outlets for your devices.

We can accommodate guests travelling in both commercial or private flights as long as they operate at Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport.

We welcome guests flying on all airlines on a commercial flight at Paris-CDG. For departure, according to the airline you fly, we may either personally escort our guests to the main check in counter or directly deal with check in in the Private terminal. Kindly let us know the airline company you are travelling with upon your reservation request, we will be able to inform you about the check-in. 

Extime Exclusive Paris does accommodate children. We offer facilities tailored to ensure a comfortable experience for families.

- Baby bed, potty, bathtub, changing mat and changing kit (diapers, cotton pads and cleaning products)
- Game (Uno, Tarot, Power of 4),
- Wooden toys for babies,
- Books and mangas, 
- Free souvenirs: coloring kit and activity book + crayons;

Pets are allowed at Extime Exlusive Paris Terminal.

While we welcome all pets in our Extime Exclusive Paris Terminal, please be aware that specific rules apply depending on the airlines you are flying with.

You do not have to fly first class to book Extime Exclusive Paris services.

It is forbidden to smoke in the private lounge, but there are dedicated smoking areas.

You will be greeted by your personal agent at the exit of your airplane and driven by a private chauffeur, on the airport runway, directly to our Extime Exclusive Paris Terminal. All formalities and bagage delivery will be done on site.

You will be driven on the airport runway by a private chauffeur and accompanied by a personal agent directly from our Extime Exclusive Paris Terminal to your airplane.

Transfers from your accommodation to the airport are not included in the price of the experience. 

We currently use the DS7 Crossback and the Mercedes V class.
