You will receive an email invitation to give your opinion after:

○ Collecting your purchases from Extime Duty Free Paris using the click & collect service;
○ Leaving the official Paris Aéroport and Extime car park;
○ Visiting an Extime Lounge.

If you did not receive an email invitation to give your opinion following a purchase on the extime.com online store, you can still do so from our certificate by clicking here.

Processing your review

Whenever we collect your opinion, we process it in accordance with the AFNOR standard, to which our partner Avis Vérifiés is a co-contracting party.

After this period, it is done automatically and we then have three months to respond.
