You can book an access to Extime Lounge from J-60 (sixty days) up to the date and time of your flight.

Yes, your cart is saved. However, some services are subject to price and availability changes, so it is possible that when you return to your cart to make the payment, an error code will appear.
This means that either the service is no longer available or the price has changed, so we recommend that you restart the cart process for the corresponding item(s).
As long as you have not validated and paid your reservation, you can add or remove services from your cart.

This feature is available when you book an Extime Lounge access during the checkout process.
If you decide to use your points on your shopping cart and your payment fails, the Extime points you had decided to use will be credited back to your balance within one hour on the online store extime.com.
Once this time has passed, your balance will be updated and you will be able to use your points again.
Your receipt will be given to you when you present yourself at the reception counter of the Extime Lounge that you have reserved.

To redeem your reservation, you will need to present the email confirming your reservation, your boarding card, and a valid ID document (identity card/passport).
No, only the person who made the reservation is authorized to use the Extime Lounge access by presenting the reservation confirmation email, boarding card, and a valid ID document (identity card/passport) at the reception counter.
The "name and first name" provided when booking an Extime Lounge access are considered valid for using it.
If these details have been changed during the reservation process, Extime Lounge may refuse to accept it.
No, you can only benefit from your Extime Lounge access on the day of your flight in your departure terminal.
If you have received an email confirming your booking, you cannot cancel it from your customer account.

If you have not yet received an email confirming your booking, you can cancel it from your customer account here.
If you cancel your reservation less than 24 (twenty-four) hours before the date and time of your flight, cancellation fees will apply.
If you cancel your reservation more than 24 (twenty-four) hours before the date and time of your flight, no cancellation fees will be retained.
If your bank account has already been debited, the refund will be made by crediting the payment method used for the initial transaction.
The date provided at the time of booking an access to Extime Lounge is considered valid for benefiting from it, and you will not be able to benefit from it on a future trip.
If you were unable to benefit from your reservation on the day and time of your flight, you will be charged the full amount of your reservation.
If you cancel your reservation less than 24 (twenty-four) hours before the date and time of your flight, cancellation fees will apply.

If your flight has been rescheduled for another day than your initial departure day but in a different departure terminal, your reservation will be refunded without any fees.
However, if your flight is rescheduled 24 (twenty-four) hours or more after the initial departure date, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.

No, your reservation will still be linked to the departure terminal specified at the time of booking. No terminal transfer is possible.
