A traditional production, without additives or preservatives for these organic rillettes:
Carefully chosen pieces of pork (shoulder, belly and fat), a little Guérande salt, a hint of pepper and a slow cooking of about fifteen hours offer an extraordinary flavor and smoothness.
Pieces of apple are filled with Calvados then incorporated into these rillettes: natural flavors are diffused in the glass jar, thus offering sweet and savory notes.
They are eaten naturally on a piece of fresh bread or toast.
