CULINARY PREPARATION MADE FROM EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL 98%, GARLIC AND THYME EXTRACTSIngredients: extra virgin olive oil 98%, extracts* of garlic 1% and thyme 1%. *(20g of garlic and 25g of thyme are needed to flavour 1L of olive oil). Store in a cool dark place.

Perfect drizzled over grilled meat and fish grilled vegetables mashed potatoes or mushroom omelettes. Our garlic and thyme olive oil is also delicious served with goat’s cheese or as a dip for an aperitif. It’s also a great way of enhancing the flavour of garlic bread.
