The Manufacture offers more than a dozen creations made with the winter tuber melanosporum truffle and the summer tuber aestivum truffle, grown in Provence. Among them, Tanche des Barronies (Nyons) olive oil, handcrafted with black olives and embellished with a black truffle tuber melanosporum from Provence.
