Rougié Block Of Duck Foie Gras

A Foie Gras thinly seasoned and prepared without pieces for a melting texture. The duck block offers more traditional rustic notes. Ideal format to make about 5 to 6 portions.

Ingredients : Duck foie gras, water, Armagnac, salt, sugar, pepper, antioxidant : sodium ascorbate, preservative : nitrite sodium. Nutritional values for 100g Energy 1999 kJ / 485 kcal: Fat 50 g of which saturated fatty acids 21 g; Carbohydrates 2,3 g, of which sugars 0,9 g; Protein 6,0 g; Salt 1,1 g

Serve between +8°C and +12°C. Open the box and remove the foie gras. Cut the foie gras with a knife soaked in hot water. After opening keep refrigerated and consume quickly.
