Described as 'one step up' from Caves d’Esclans' bestselling Whispering Angel, Rock Angel 2022 is a serious rosé made for serious rosé lovers. It has a more complex and structured taste profile than other premium rosés, delivering freshness, depth and considerable length. As it's partially fermented in French oak – which gives it structure and a decadent, almost creamy texture without an oaky flavour – it is especially good with food. There’s a touch of sweetness and nuttiness on the finish and an acidity that keeps the long finish crisp and fresh.
