Rougié Duck Terrine

Ingredients : Duck aiguillette 37%, Pork throat, Lean duck liver 7%, Egg, Shallot, Pre-fried onion (onion, sunflower oil), Pork rind, Salt, Potato starch, Pepper, Spices.

Refrigerate one day before tasting. Open the jar. Remove the mould with a knife or serve directly in the jar. After opening keep refrigerated and consume quickly.
