This wine is aptly named! Through the whim of Clementine we can enjoy this red Cotes de Provence AOC wine, made from 40% Syrah, 40% Grenache and 20% Carignan. A distinctively Mediterranean wine, this energetic red exudes aromas of red fruits and spices, and ends on a fresh and savoury note. Grilled meats and rich pasta sauces accompany it perfectly, as do rich creamy cheeses. Serve between 18 and 20°C.
