French balsamic with high-standards production. The long aging of 10 years allows to ovtain subtle and warm notes of plum, candied fruits and nuts. When tasting, the aroma of « Rancio » so characteristic of old Cognac or Old Porto gives it a unique touch. To be associated with a beef carpaccio, beautiful meats, lobster, a strawberry salad and to slip into cocktails... To preserve all its flavors, it is recommended to use it as a seasoning and not for cooking. Packaging 12 x 20 cl.
