How to redeem your Extime points at our partners :
• Log in to your loyalty area. • Click on “External partners”. • Select the external partner with whom you wish to redeem your points.
Rules to follow when redeeming your Extime points at our partners :
• Extime points must be used in increments of 400 points. • The maximum number of Extime points that can be used over a 24-hour period is limited to 5,000 points. • Your personal details (surname, first name, ID number) must match those held by the Flying Blue partner.
The transfer takes place within 72 hours and is final.
If the Flying Blue partner refuses to convert Extime points into Miles points, the Extime points will be credited back to the Extime Rewards account.
