How to access the online store ?
Log in or create your Paris Airport account.
Enter your airport staff status from your customer area.
Click on the "my information" section and enter your private sales access code provided by your company.
If your company does not have a private sales access code, upload a professional document: red badge or professional badge or any other document proving direct activity in the Paris airports + ID.
You will receive an answer within 72 hours.

Is my airport status request instantaneous ?
If you enter a valid company code, the qualification of your status is instantaneous.
If you do not have a company code and you upload your valid proof of activity at the airport, the qualification will be carried out by the operator within 72 hours. You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as your status is validated.

How can I get a company code ?
If you wish to obtain an access code for your company, you can request this code by clicking here
What documents do I need to upload ?
If you wish to qualify as "airport personnel" and you do not have a company code, you can upload a photo of your red badge if you have one, or of your professional badge.
If you have neither a red badge nor a business badge, you must go to the SDA Ventes Privées store at Paris-CDG or Paris-Orly, with documents proving your activity, to request access to the private sales website.

I don't work at the airport, can I access the private sales ?
No, access to private sales is reserved for employees who can prove that they work at the Paris airports.
However, you will be able to shop at the airport during your next trip.
Do I have to apply for "airport staff" status each time I visit ?
No, as soon as your airport status is validated you can access the private sales as many times as you wish. You will be asked to show proof of activity at the SDA Private Sales outlet when you pick up your order.
How long is my airport status valid ?
The validity of your airport staff status corresponds to the duration of your employment contract.

I am an airport employee but I want to make purchases as a passenger, what should I do ?
If you are logged in to your customer area as an airport employee, simply uncheck the "I am an airport employee" box on the "My Information" page of your customer area. You will then be able to benefit from duty free prices and Click & Collect service on your next trip.
If you wish to make purchases as an airport employee, please check "I am an airport employee" again in the "My Information" page of your customer area and follow the login steps for airport employees.

Can I place an order at Paris-Orly and Paris-Charles de Gaulle ?
Yes you can choose your collection point before starting your shopping, with a dedicated store for staff at Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly.

How far in advance should I order ?
If you select only products with 2H availability, you will receive an e-mail after two hours confirming that your order is ready and inviting you to come and pick it up at the outlet. It is important to wait until you have received the "order ready" confirmation e-mail before picking up your order.
If you select products that are available for 72 hours, you will receive an e-mail after a few days confirming that your order is ready and inviting you to come and pick it up at the sales outlet.
You then have a period of 21 days to come and pick it up at the point of sale.

Which payment methods are accepted ?

Payment in several times is not accepted.
Can I order by phone ?
No, orders are only placed online and not by phone.

Can I cancel my order ?
As long as the order has not been prepared, you can cancel it directly from your customer area.
If your order is already prepared, please contact the SDA merchant via the contact information at the bottom of your order confirmation email.
There is no charge for cancellation. If your account has already been debited, the refund will appear within a few days on the account that was used for the original transaction.

Can I add or remove products from my order ?
As long as you have not validated and paid your order, you can add or remove products from your cart.
Once your order is validated and paid, we invite you to cancel your order from your customer area and place a new one.
If your order is already ready and you can no longer cancel it from your customer area, we invite you to contact the merchant via the contact information indicated at the bottom of your order confirmation email.

How do I know if the store will be open when I come to pick up my order ?
The SDA Private Sales stores where orders are collected are open from Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm.
It is important that you wait until you have received your "order ready" confirmation email before picking up your order in the store.

Where can I find and track the status of my order ?
You can check the details of your order directly from your customer area/ heading "My purchases"/present orders".
The status of your order is updated in your customer area at each stage of its preparation.
You will also receive an e-mail informing you when your order is ready for you to pick it up in our store.
If you have any questions about your order, you can contact the store via the contact information at the bottom of your order confirmation email.

How do I get my receipt ?
We invite you to contact the merchant via the contact information indicated on the seller's page and at the bottom of your order confirmation e-mail to obtain the procedure to follow.
The receipt will be requested in both cases. We advise you to keep it after the collection of your purchases in store.

Can I get or use my loyalty points during my order ?
No, it is not possible to obtain or use your Extime loyalty points during the private sales at the staff.
However, you will be able to get and use your My Paris Airport loyalty points when shopping at the airport, when traveling from Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly.

Pick up my order
When and how do I pick up my order ?
You can pick up your order in our store as soon as you receive your confirmation e-mail indicating "order ready".
You have a maximum of 21 days to come and pick it up at the store once it is ready.
If you are unable to pick up your order, please contact the store via the contact information indicated at the bottom of your order confirmation e-mail.
Can someone else pick up my order if I give them my proof of activity ?
No, only the person who placed the order is authorized to come and pick it up at the store, by presenting his or her "order ready" confirmation e-mail, his or her proof of activity and his or her ID.
Can I have my order delivered ?
It is not possible to have your order delivered, so you must come and pick it up at the store.
What happens if my order is not complete ?
It can happen that one of the ordered products is not available at the time of preparing the order.
If your account has not yet been debited, only the amount corresponding to the prepared order will be debited.
If your account has already been debited, you will be refunded within a few days the amount of the cancelled items to the account used for the original transaction.
If you wish, you can cancel your order by contacting the SDA Ventes Privées merchant, or when you come to the store.
