CULINARY PREPARATION MADE FROM EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL 98%, LEMON AND GINGER EXTRACTSIngredients: extra virgin olive oil 98%, extracts* of lemon 1% and ginger 1%. *(10g of lemon and 150g of ginger are needed to flavour 1L of olive oil). Store in a cool dark place.

This oil complements exotic dishes such as Thai salads as well as marinated fish and poultry. Our lemon & ginger olive oil goes well with mango vinegar sherry vinegar or lemon juice.
