You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the stay. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the stay will result of a fee of 1200€ VAT included. The remaning fees paid will be credited back to your account used for the reservation request. For any modification request, kindly contact our Private Client Relation team (pcr.exclusive.paris@extime.com). Modification requests within 12 hours prior to arrival include a fee of 180€ VAT included, in adition to the costs related to additional requests as specified in the price list. We reserve the right to refuse any reservation request. In the event of a refusal, the fees paid will be credited back to your account used for the reservation request.
