The palate begins with a taste of dried fruit and a touch of custard. As for the finish, it brings out notes of prunes, spices and pepper, which make this whisky from Lorraine a little less obedient than it first appears.
Aged between 6 and 9 years in ex-Cognac and ex-Bourbon casks, new casks, ex-Oloroso, and ex-Pedro Ximenez casks.
