Whole foie gras guaranteed without preservatives, prepared by hand in our workshops in the Gers, simply with Guérande salt and pepper. Origin France.

Place the foie gras in the refrigerator the day before. Take it out only 15 minutes before tasting and slice it at the last moment (product without preservatives that can gray superficially in contact with the air without alteration of taste). Serve on bread accompanied by a glass of white wine.
